About Stanley Ginsberg, Douglas Elliman
Stanley Ginsberg has been Senior Vice President of Prudential Douglas Elliman since 2007. One of the first real estate brokers to sell buildings converted from manufacturing to residential, he sells Manhattan houses, co-ops, and condominiums. He offers brownstones, lofts, and apartments throughout Manhattan, including in Chelsea, Tribeca, and Greenwich Village. Some of his properties Stanley Ginsberg have included more than 200 units in Chelsea; Tribeca's first full-service condominium, 161 West 15th Street, 100 West 15th Street, 468 West Broadway; and the Reade House on Greenwich Street.
Valerie Delson, Stanley Ginsberg's wife, is also a Prudential Douglas Elliman Senior Vice President. In her more than 25 years of experience, she has sold 19 loft buildings throughout Manhattan, and she specializes in renovated brownstones and new construction. She has resold hundreds of millions of dollars worth of properties and gained real estate knowledge by serving on her own loft’s board of directors in Chelsea for several terms.
